The problem

Most families start planning after a fall or a hospital stay.

By then, every decision is urgent and the options are confusing. You're juggling contractors, technology, care providers, and relatives in other cities, with no one on your side who sees the whole picture.

A good plan, made early, changes that.

How it works

Four steps, one clear roadmap.

1

Talk

A short call to understand your loved one's goals, their home, and your family's concerns.

2

Walk the home

An on-site review of safety, lighting, access, and technology readiness.

3

Build the roadmap

A written plan with prioritized changes, scopes of work to share with licensed contractors, and safety technology with cost estimates.

4

Review together

A family briefing so everyone, including anyone out of town, is aligned on next steps.

Kevin PetersFounder

Kevin’s professional journey has spanned a diverse range of industries, from hospitality and construction to labor management, leadership, and enterprise technology consulting. These experiences have shaped a broad perspective, a versatile skill set, and a practical, people-centered approach to navigating challenges and finding solutions.

Recently, Kevin’s own father fell ill with an aggressive form of cancer, requiring his family to quickly adapt and make important decisions about his care and living arrangements. Thankfully, his father is still living and doing well today. During this time, the family’s decisions about home modifications and care planning proved incredibly important, reinforcing just how much thoughtful preparation and the right support can impact a family’s experience.

That experience became the inspiration behind Peters ElderCare. Kevin founded the company with a mission to help individuals and families plan for what’s next, navigate care decisions with greater confidence, and prepare for the time when additional support may be needed.
